incubator anthropology

This project emerged out of living and working in Silicon Valley as a teacher-scholar and understanding how to ethically teach undergraduate students about the connections between anthropology and capitalist production in worlds of work. These projects are in collaboration with students and think about questions of visual representations and capital accumulation in social media around gender and sexuality; acknowledgement and knowledge production in academic publishing; and caste and class hierarchies in popular culture and social media.
